You have previous experience providing input for HR related projects including planning and development. You will have developed expertise in pay and compensation laws and regulations for compliance. You will be responsible for working with and supporting all levels of employees and with various teams in business, payroll, recruiting and benefits. You have previously developed or modified performance enhancement processes and iniatives and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will ensure compliance of HR policies, procedures and programs to enhance employee satisfaction and support operating objective.
You will have strong knowledge of local and federal government compliance iniatives and processes and will ensure adherence. This is a permanent, full time role.
